Well night two of the High Desert Hustle is in the books. Qualified 7th which was a bit off of what we expected. Started pole of the heat which I won. Lined up 5th in the feature and fell back a couple of spots. I was able to work back to 5th but bicycled in turns 3&4 coming to the checkered. With stalling and restarting the engine I was able to finish in 11th. It was definitely disappointing but we still have the final night to try to redeem a good weekend. I’m grateful my dad is here with me to help me learn to roll with the highs and lows of racing. On to the final night! Let’s go👊🏼
